1)  What are the costs to rent the Clubhouse?

$250 Use Fee, plus a $500 Security Deposit (refundable).  
2)  Hours of use?
9am to 11pm
3)  Are there any tables and chairs for use?

Yes, there are 10 round tables and around 90 chairs available for use.
4)  What amenities are in the Clubhouse?

There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. There is not an oven or stove. There is a fireplace, TV, radio tuner (which a device could be plugged into), and a blue-ray player. Speakers are built into the ceiling.
5)  What is the occupancy? 

The maximum occupancy for events where guests will be standing or utilizing renter provided 24” high top tables will be no more than 75 guests. The maximum occupancy for events that are sit down utilizing the 60” round tables will be no more than 60 guests.
6)  Can a tenant use the facility?

Yes, however the homeowner must fill out and sign the paperwork and provide the checks. The homeowner is liable for anything that happens.
7)  Is there a kitchen?

Yes, it has a refrigerator and microwave, but no stove or oven.
8)  Can they have alcohol?

Yes, just no glass stemware. No alcohol in the pool area.
9)  What is the cancelation policy?

A cancelation will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the reserved event date for a full refund of the Use Fee. If cancelation is received within 30 days prior to the event the Use Fee will be not be refunded.
10)  Can their guests use the pool?

Yes, but they are not reserving the pool area in any way.  Pool use must be shared with general membership.
11)  Can they have music?

Yes, as long as it remains inside the clubhouse.
12)  Where do they put the trash after their event?

There is a large trash bin in an enclosure in the parking lot.  Management will provide instructions on access to the trash bin.  Those who rent the Clubhouse are required to take their trash to the trash bin.
