Laura Leach - Member at Large (term thru 2022)

Originally from the East Coast, Laura and her husband moved to Foothill Ranch over seven years ago after falling in love with the area while attending a local Christmas party. Laura and her family were drawn to Foothill Ranch because of the great balance of green space and amenities, and the outdoor lifestyle and community enjoyed by those living in the area. However, upon moving to the area, it became clear that the true charm of Foothill Ranch is in it's small-town feel and tight knit community.

Shortly after moving to Foothill Ranch, Laura joined the Architectural Committee in order to become more involved in the community. She has continued that path, recently joining the Board of Directors. As an in-house attorney with a local real estate company by profession, Laura has extensive experience with land use, homeowners associations and general real estate matters. Laura is excited to use this knowledge, as well as her experience with vendor management, contracts and general compliance,  to the benefit of the community.

Through her involvement with the Board, Laura hopes to encourage other families and individuals to become more active in the community and hopes to continue to foster relationships with and among other existing and potential residents in the area through community involvement and events.
