The Foothill Ranch Board of Directors is pleased to announce the pool/clubhouse is OPEN!
First and most importantly the Board would like to thank all the residents for their patience and support during this project. A significant amount of time, effort and planning went into the re-design and build out of this project. As you will see, this was a large undertaking and the Board is very excited to share these new amenities with the community.
With this re-opening, the Clubhouse has also been re-opened and is available to residents for private events, by reservation. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. As reservations are confirmed, they will be updated on the https://www.foothillranch.org/calendar/ website stating the Clubhouse is Reserved. Enclosed you will find the clubhouse rental agreement, pool rules and hours of operation, for reference. Checks and completed forms must be turned in via mail or dropped at the following address:

Please note, in the coming weeks, additional information will be sent out regarding the following items:
- Grand Re-Opening Celebration – this event will include food trucks and other celebratory events for all ages.
- Updates regarding additional furniture items currently pending delivery - although we still have some items in transit, the Board felt strongly that the opening not be delayed any further. As these items are received and added, we will notify the community.
- Additional information about the availability and use of the new amenities.
Library Side Fountain Repairs
The Library Side Fountain Repairs have been completed and the fountain is up and running again looking great! The Board thanks you for your support during the repairs.

In addition to the work the Association is performing in the common area slopes for wildfire mitigation, there are several items homeowners should do in order to protect their home from ember intrusion. Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) offers FREE home assessments. Information may be obtained by visiting their website, which includes instructions on how to contact OCFA to schedule your FREE home assessment. Thank you for your efforts in keeping our community safe.
MAILBOXES AND MAILBOX POSTS
According to the Association governing documents with the exception of Tract 11726, homeowners are responsible for the replacement and upkeep of their mailboxes and mailbox posts. If you have any questions about the approved mailboxes or posts, please contact Management.
CITY OF LAKE FOREST WELCOME PACKET
The City of Lake Forest has prepared New Resident Welcome Packets for homeowners. The packet includes helpful information about city services, shopping directories, and special events for new residents to Lake Forest. You may access the welcome packet here.
