Any exterior modifications your home, including landscaping renovations, require the approval of the Architectural Committee. You will need to submit an application and obtain approval prior to commencing any work. Please refer to the CC&Rs and the rules and regulations when considering home improvements.
The Architectural Committee meets once a month, on the first Monday of each month. Submittals are due by the Monday prior to the meeting in order to be added to the agenda. More information can be found at FirstService Residential, our management company.

The plants on this list are an array of different plant material. These plants range from small trees, to shrubs, to ground cover and require very low to medium water use. Although the Board recommends these plants, there are plenty of other plant selections at local nurseries. Please keep in mind, any significant changes to a home’s landscaping, including any new hardscaping, needs to be approved by the Architectural Committee.
The Board of Directors is excited to announce new paint schemes. The new paint schemes can be found here Dunn Edwards FHR Paint Colors. Select the color of your roof tiles from the dropdown menu for the full list of schemes available for each roof color.
Please keep in mind, while there are specific pre-approved schemes for each roof type, you are still required to submit your painting project with the color scheme you've chosen to the Architectural Committee for approval. This includes filling out the Home Improvement Form and the Neighbor Notification Form (see above).
