Pool Rules
- Warning! No lifeguard on duty; use of the pool, spa, wader and facility is at your own risk.
- In case of emergency, dial 911.
- Children 14 years of age or younger must be accompanied at all times by an adult that is 18 years of age or older.
- Pool/spa hours: 5:00a.m. – 11:00p.m.
- Only 5 guests per residential lot or condominium are allowed at the facility and must be accompanied by their host while utilizing the facility.
- For your own safety, jumping, diving, running and/or unruly conduct are prohibited.
- Smoking, vaping, alcoholic beverages and/or glass containers are prohibited.
- Shower before using the pools.
- Swim toys, flotation devices and such other items are not allowed in the pool area, except: (a) water wings, or (b) the use of a U.S. Coast Guard approved water safety device, under the supervision of an adult.
- Audio/music producing devices are permitted only with the use of headphones, provided they do not create a nuisance.
- Maximum pool occupancy: (162)
- Proper attire required.
- No pets are allowed in the pool/spa area except for any service animal compliant with ADA standards.
- Children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers or waterproof rubber pants with elastic at the waist and legs while in the pools.
- Depositing of any foreign matter in or around pool area is prohibited. Keep pool area clean at all times.
- Use of skateboards, bicycles or rollerblades/skates, and other such equipment around the pool area is prohibited
- No persons having skin lesions, sores, inflamed eyes, who have mouth -nose- ear discharge, or who may be a carrier of any communicable disease shall use the pool, spa or wader.
- Facility gates are to remain closed and latched at all times.
- Failure to abide by the rules may result in the expulsion and/or suspension of facility privileges.
Spa rules
- Pool rules apply to the spa.
- Elderly persons, pregnant women, infants and those with health conditions requiring medical care, should consult with a physician before entering the spa.
- Unsupervised use by children under the age of 14 is prohibited.
- Use of the spa while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, drugs or medicines may lead to serious consequences and is prohibited.
- Use of the spa alone is not recommended. Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
- Shower before entering the spa.
- Maximum spa occupancy: (25)
Wader Pool rules
- Pool rules apply to the wader.
- The wader pool is for the use of children five (5) years old and younger.
- All children must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
- No running, pushing or splashing in the wader.
- Children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers or waterproof rubber pants with elastic at the waist and legs while in the wader.
- Swim toys, rafts, floats, or other such items are not allowed in the wader.
Failure to abide by the rules may result in the expulsion and/or suspension of facility privileges.
- 1st offense: verbal warning
- 2nd offense: 15 minutes out of the pool
- 3rd offense: suspension from pool area, and where appropriate, parents will be notified.
